A Book Review Roundup About Pandora Jewelry

Every once in a while, I’m lucky enough to come across contemporary jewelry that makes me feel the same way: Vitae Ascendere and their gorgeous metal lace designs are a perfect example.

The Book of Strange New Things by Michel Faber.
This book is: amazing.
Other elements: loneliness, love, far away places.
Read it: if you want to read something out of the ordinary.

Look at this glorious mishmash of contradictions Pandora Jewelry. It’s ethereal and industrial, hard and soft, strong and delicate. I want to touch it. It feels like a modern re-imagining of Edwardian platinum filigree, but with a wilder edge.

Fire (Graceling Realm #2) by Kristin Cashore.
This book is: wonderful.
Other elements: femininity, love, moral imperatives, right vs wrong, family, duty, beauty.
Read it: if you’re a Tamora Pierce fan. If you love a strong, intelligent, complex heroine.
Overall rating: 10/10

This leaf brooch gives you a great look at the internal Pandora Jewelry and external structure of these pieces. Here, the openwork mimics the veins of a real leaf in a slightly abstract way that makes you want to look twice.

Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
This book is: the most fun you’ll ever have witnessing the Apocalypse Pandora Jewelry.
Other elements: angels, demons, condensed milk, dogs, aging mediums, talkative Satanist nuns, the nature of humanity, impending doom, hijinks.

My favorite thing about Vitae Ascendere’s designs is that they carry the beauty Pandora Charms of the past, but with an aesthetic and design process that are completely modern; cutting edge, even.
